As the lead designer my first task was to find the best flow and maximize the space available for the company’s growth. Incorporating our event sponsored spaces with exhibitors booths and two stages, creating more interactive spaces for our attendees to make new connections and networking, while maintaining AW values and design style.

The event takes place in Centara Grand hotel & Convention center, which presents some challenges in designing the flow and event spaces due to the structure of the venue. But holds some benefits such as our night events and Food & Beverage options from the hotel.
