As a lead designer of the event, working part of a lean team, I was responsible for planning Floor Plans and flow for 3,000 attendees. I designed all elements of the show as exhibitors booths, registration, info, cafes, sponsored areas etc... I took part of the production team onsite, managing the contractors/builders.
